On April 9, 2024, The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank) issued its domestic public offering of C$1.75 billion of  medium term notes (non-viability contingent capital(NVCC)), constituting subordinated indebtedness of TD Bank (the "Notes"). The Notes interest at a fixed rate of 5.177% per annum until April 9, 2029 and at a Daily Compounded CORRA plus 1.53% until maturity on April 9, 2034.

TD Bank, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is the sixth largest bank in North America by assets and serves over 27.5 million customers in four key businesses operating in a number of locations in financial centres around the globe.
