On March 16, 2023, The Toronto-Dominion Bank ('TD") completed the issuance of Australian dollar denominated covered bonds in the Australian domestics wholesale capital market under TD’s legislative covered bond programme. TD’s issuance of its Series CBL44 A$950,000,000 Australian covered bonds at 4.5% fixed rate due March 16, 2026, and Series CBL45 A$1,550,000,000 floating rate Australian covered bonds due March 16, 2026
