On July 7, 2008, the Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD Bank”) issued on a C$375 million second tranche of its 5.48% Medium Term Notes (subordinated indebtedness) due April 2, 2020. This second tranche carries the same terms and conditions as the original issue completed on April 2, 2008. On the same day, TD Bank also issued C$650 million of 5.828% Medium Term Notes (subordinated indebtedness) due July 9, 2023.
