On September 18, 2023, TD Bank completed its inaugural Swiss Franc (CHF) covered bond issuances of Series CBL51 CHF 315,000,000 at 1.9700% due September 18, 2026 and Series CBL52 CHF 185,000,000 at 1.9450% due September 18, 2029. The covered bonds were issued under TD’s C$80 billion global covered bond program.
