On May 5, 2021, Sundial Growers announced it has entered into an arrangement agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Inner Spirit for total consideration of approximately US$131 million. The combined company will continue to focus on providing quality cannabis to consumers through a responsible and disciplined approach while creating enduring value for shareholders.
