Spectrum Health Care acquires Visavie

On April 1, 2022, Spectrum Health Care ("Spectrum") acquired Visavie. This acquisition is Spectrum’s first venture outside of Ontario and is aligned with its expansion strategy to expand Canada's home care network.

Spectrum based in, Ontario, Canada, is a provider of home health care, senior companionship services and specialized services. Spectrum provides a large variety of healthcare services, including nursing services, home care and personal care services, post surgery care and palliative care. Spectrum is a subsidiary of Novacap.

Visavie based in, Québec, Canada, provides seniors with agency services to find a residence adapted to their specific needs. Visavie also provides at-home nursing and personal care services to patients.
