On August 1, 2022, Seacliff Holdings Ltd. completed the acquisition of Mazzei Electric Ltd., a family-owned company providing a range of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical services across British Columbia. Seacliff Group is a privately owned, Canadian-based investment and operating group with an extensive history of success in Western Canadian commercial construction.

Following completion of the acquisition, Seacliff Holdings now owns both Mazzei Electric Ltd. and Seacliff Electric Ltd., an Alberta-based company that specializes in commercial, design build, service, and maintenance of all electrical systems. Mazzei Electric and Seacliff Electric will continue to execute under their current company brands.
