On January 31, 2006, Scaw International Sarl, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Moly-Cop Steel Inc., completed its previously announced acquisition of AltaSteel Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stelco Inc. The amount of the transaction is undisclosed.
