On July 3, 2009, a commercial and residential leasing & development company sold their interest in 19868 Langley Bypass, Langley, British Columbia, to Wesgroup Properties Limited Partnership for C$25.25 million. The purchaser assumed the existing first mortgage financing of the property provided by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
