On April 30, 2012, PLZ Aeroscience announced the acquisition of Assured Packaging, located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Assured is Canada’s leading custom manufacturer of aerosols for the health and beauty aids, pharmaceutical, food and household market categories. With the Assured Packaging acquisition and the purchase of K-G Spray-Pak in 2011, PLZ Aeroscience is now the largest and most diversified custom aerosol filler in Canada.
