On August 1, 2023, Peak Rock Capital ("Peak Rock") completed its acquisition, through an affiliate, of Rochester Midland Corporation ("RMC") for an undisclosed amount.

Peak Rock is a middle-market private equity firm based in Austin, Texas.

RMC, headquartered in Rochester, New York, is a supplier of chemical products and services across water energy, food safety, facility hygiene and other applications.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Peak Rock with a team led by Shevaun McGrath that included Gianluca Mazzanti (Business).
