On November 30, 2021, Parkland Corporation (Parkland) and Federated Co-operatives Limited agreed to acquire 337 Husky retail gas stations from Cenovus Energy. Of these, Parkland will acquire approximately 156 of the locations, which are principally located in Greater Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Calgary, and the Greater Toronto Area. The acquisition will grow Parkland's existing convenience and retail fuel network.

Parkland is an independent supplier and marketer of fuel and petroleum products and a prominent convenience store operator, based in Calgary.
