On September 24, 2013, Allied Properties REIT completed a refinancing of its existing mortgage loans on the property known as Cité du Multimédia which houses a cluster of information technology companies in an urban office campus and seven industrial buildings, located in Montréal, Québec, in a neighborhood between Old Montreal, Griffintown and Downtown Montreal. This refinancing was made available to Allied Properties REIT by Otéra Capital and consisted of a new credit facility totalling C$172.5 million.
