On June 11, 2020, the National Bank of Canada (NBC) renewed its US$10 billion Euro Note Programme pursuant to a prospectus approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). This is the first to comply with the European prospectus regulation known as "PD3".

NBC, headquartered in Montreal, is Canada's sixth largest chartered bank.
