On April 22, 2005, Molson Canada acquired all of the shares of Creemore Springs Brewery Limited, located in Creemore, Ontario. Molson Canada is a subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Company. Creemore Springs is a craft brewer operating in the domestic super-premium segment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
