On December 22, 2020, Mackie Research Capital Corporation, as agent and broker, and Cross River Ventures Corp. agreed to and completed a C$2 million private placement of flow-through units of Cross River at a price of $0.37 per FT Unit. Through the sale of the FT Units, Cross River directed proceeds from the sale into eligible mining exploration expenditures.
