On May 17, 2007, Liquor Barn Income Fund (through its wholly-owned subsidiary Liquor Barn Limited Partnership) acquired a retail liquor store owned and operated by Lantzville Hospitality Ltd.

Liquor Barn Income Fund operates as an unincorporated, open-ended trust in Canada. The company, through its interest in Liquor Barn Limited Partnership, owns and operates private retail liquor stores in western Canada. Liquor Barn Income Fund is headquartered in Edmonton, Canada.
