On April 1, 2021, Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC, through its Canadian subsidiary Lineage Logistics MVI Ltd., acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Marc Villeneuve Inc. (“MVI”) and the assets of 9335-2870 Québec Inc. The acquisition of MVI marks an additional entry into the Canadian market after Lineage first joined the country in July of 2020 with the acquisition of Ontario Refrigerated Services.

Located in a suburb of Montreal, Marc Villeneuve Inc. is a cold storage distribution service that distributes, among other things, ice cream products for Chapman's, Canada's oldest family-owned ice cream business.

Lineage Logistics Holdings, based in Michigan, is the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions.
