On July 19, 2006, KPMG and Brookfield Properties entered into a long-term lease under which KPMG will be the anchor tenant of 250,000 square feet (the top 10 floors) in Bay Adelaide Centre West. The new 50-storey office tower will be constructed by Brookfield Properties as the first phase of its 2.6 million square foot Bay Adelaide Centre development in Toronto’s financial core.
