On April 3, 2007, InStorage Real Estate Investment Trust completed a bought deal equity offering pursuant to which it issued 72,415,000 trust units for gross proceeds of $105 million. The proceeds of the offering were used by the REIT to finance the acquisition of the StorageNOW and Apple portfolios of self-storage facilities.
