Western Grater Contracting, located in Victoria, British Columbia, are general contractors specializing in drilling, blasting and rock anchor installations.

McCarthy Tétrault LLP represented Innopac Blasting & Shoring, as acquiror, with a team led by Ted Koffman, Lynn le Nobel, and Scott Smythe.
