Golden Credit Card Trust closes US$400 million note offering

On July 18, 2008, Golden Credit Card Trust closed its offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of Credit Card Receivables Backed Senior Floating Rate Notes, Series 2008-3. The offering of the notes was made in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. The Joint Lead Arrangers for the transaction were RBC Capital Markets Corporation and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. Royal Bank of Canada is the seller and the servicer of the credit card receivables acquired by the Trust, which back the Series 2008-3 Notes.
