On November 16, 2007, New World Gaming Partners Ltd. completed its acquisition of Gateway Casinos Income Fund by way of a take over bid for all of the Fund's outstanding units and convertible debentures. New World concurrently acquired substantially all of the assets of the related company Gateway Casinos Inc., and all of the shares of Star of Fortune Gaming Management (B.C.) Corp.
