Garda World Security closes the private offering of US$400M senior secured notes

On January 30, 2023, Garda World Security Corporation ("GardaWorld") closed the private offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior secured notes due 2028. The notes were distributed by a syndicate of dealers and joint bookrunners that included BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., BC Partners Securities LLC and Jefferies LLC. Garda World will use the proceeds to repay outstanding amounts on its senior secured revolving credit facility, for general corporate purposes including any future acquisitions, and to pay related expenses in connection with this offering.
GardaWorld based in Montréal, Canada, is a privately owned integrated physical security, cash management and risk management company.
