France-based VINCI Energies completes acquisition of Transelec Common Inc.

On October 1, 2020, VINCI Energies completed its acquisition of all of the shares in capital of Transelec Common Inc. This acquisition furthers VINCI's strategy of expansion into North America.

Transelec Common Inc. specialises in the construction and maintenance of energy network infrastructure in Québec, providing services for overhead and underground electrical lines, substations and hydroelectric power plants.

VINCI Energies operates various businesses focused on enhancing the reliability, safety and efficiency of energy, transport and communication infrastructure, factories, buildings and information systems.
