On October 25, 2022, Ford Credit Canada Company completed its private placement of Series 2022-A Asset Backed Notes by Ford Auto Securitization Trust II.

Ford Auto Securitization Trust II was established to finance the acquisition of pools of receivables from Ford Credit Canada Company consisting of retail conditional sales contracts that are entered into between retail customers and motor vehicle dealers in Canada for the financing of purchased vehicles and purchased by Ford Credit Canada Company from the dealers.
