On June 19, 2008, ENMAX Corporation, an energy distribution, supply and service company and a wholly owned subsidiary of The City of Calgary, completed a C$300 million private placement of 6.15% Senior Unsecured Debentures, Series 1 due June 19, 2018.

ENMAX Corporation is a vertically integrated utility that generates and distributes electricity, natural gas, renewable energy and value-added services to customers in Alberta, Canada.
