Elemental Energy Inc. amalgamates two wind farm projects it operates in Newfoundland to form Right Coast Wind Corp.

On September 24, 2020, Elemental Energy Inc. amalgamated its two wind farm projects that it operates in Newfoundland, St. Lawrence Wind Corp. and Fermeuse Wind Power Corp., to form Right Coast Wind Corp.  Once amalgamated, Right Coast Wind Corp. closed credit facilities in favour of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. 

Elemental Energy is a developer, investor and operator of renewable energy projects, with interests in operating and development stage wind, solar, and hydro projects throughout North America.

McCarthy Tétrault LLP advised Elemental Energy Inc. with a team led by Kevin Wright that included Robin Mahood, Liezl Behm, Michael Alty, Thomas Fung, Sandra Belton and Michele Zinsli Ma.
