On May 21, 2021, Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“ERAA”), which operates Edmonton International Airport, completed its CAD$200 million bond offering. Net proceeds from the bond offering were used to pay down amounts outstanding under ERAA's credit facility, finance select capital expenditures and for general corporate and liquidity purposes.
