On July 8, 2016, Robraye Management Ltd, a business led by Mr. Robert J. Briscoe, completed its acquisition of all of the shares of Dubé & Loiselle Inc.

Headquartered in Granby, Quebec, Dubé & Loiselle Inc. is a distributor of food products with a clientele composed of hospitals, restaurants and institutions.
