On May 31, 2022, Crane Supply, a division of Crane Canada Co. (“Crane”), was acquired by Deschenes Group Inc. for C$380 million.

Crane Supply, based in Vaughan, Ontario, is a distributor of pipes, valves, fittings and piping accessories across industrial and commercial industries.

Deschenes Group Inc., based in Montreal, Quebec, is a wholesale distributor that serves the plumbing and heating, electrical, waterworks, fire protection, HVAC/R, auto parts markets, and measurement and control equipment to the oil and gas markets.
