On November 20, 2007, Crew Gold Corporation completed its acquisition of the 17.5% minority interest of Nunaminerals A/S in the shares of Nalunaq Gold Mine A/S. Crew now owns 100% of the outstanding common shares of Nalunaq. Nalunaq operates the Nalunaq Gold Mine located in southern Greenland. The value of the acquisition was approximately C$4.7 million.
