On June 23, 2023, Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (“Cominar”) completed the successful disposition of a 100% ownership interest in a portfolio of 3 office buildings located in Greater Montréal. The Portfolio comprises a total gross leasable area of approximately 430,000 square feet, including: 255 Crémazie Boulevard East; 7400 des Galeries d’Anjou Boulevard; and 7450 des Galeries d’Anjou Boulevard.
