On November 24, 2021, CNH Capital Canada Receivables Trust completed its offering of Receivables Backed Notes Series 2021-2 by way of Private Placement.

CNH Capital Canada Receivables Trust engages in securing and administering retail installment and finance lease contracts originated by CNH Industrial Capital Canada to finance the purchase of new or used agricultural or construction equipment.
