On June 7, 2022, Christie Innomed ("Christie") acquired Comp-Ray Inc. ("Comp-Ray"). The acquisition is Christie Innomed's first foray into the U.S. market with Comp-Ray a medical imaging hardware and software solutions company.

Christie Innomed based in Quebec, Canada, develops and distributes innovative medical imaging and medical information management equipment.

Comp-Ray based in Phoenix, Arizona, offers Multi-Vendor Sales and Service (MVS) solutions and serves all the southwestern U.S. states.
