On February 10, 2011, Cascades Inc., Cascades USA Inc. and Cascades Europe SAS completed a refinancing by amending and renewing its revolving credit facility to a new C$750 million facility.  This facility was made available by a banking syndicate co-led by National Bank Financial, as Co-Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent and Scotia Capital, as Co-Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent along with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Caisse centrale Desjardins and Wells Fargo acting as Co-Documentation Agents.

Cascades is a Quebec company that produces, converts, and markets packaging and tissue products composed mainly of recycled fibres
