On September 17, 2012, CARDS II Trust completed a sale of Series 2012-4 Credit Card Receivables Backed Floating Rate Class A Notes in the amount of US$1 billion (the “Class A Notes”) and Series 2012-4 Credit Card Receivables Backed Floating Rate Class B Notes in the amount of C$1,050,695,000.
CARDS II Trust is a special-purpose securitization vehicle that issues credit card receivables backed notes to finance the purchase of credit card receivables originated by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
