Cadillac Fairview enters into long-term lease agreement to develop Deloitte tower

On July 13, 2012, Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited entered into a long-term lease agreement with professional services firm Deloitte as anchor tenant to develop the Deloitte Tower, a new 26-storey office tower in downtown Montréal.

The Deloitte Tower will be the first major privately funded office tower to be built in Montréal since the early 1990s. Furthermore, the Deloitte Tower will be built to LEED Platinum certification, making it the first major office project in Montréal to achieve this level of certification. Cadillac Fairview acquired Windsor Station and its surrounding lands in 2009.

Deloitte, headquartered in New York City, New York, is a professional services firm, providing audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk and financial advisory services.

Cadillac Fairview, headqaurtered in Toronto, Ontario, is an investor, owner and manager of commercial real estate.
