On March 12, 2024, Bruce Power L.P. ("Bruce Power") completed its issuance of C$600 million 4.70% Series 2024-1 Senior Unsecured Notes (the "Notes"). The Notes were green bonds issued in accordance with Bruce Power’s Green Financing Framework established in accordance with the Green Bond Principles issued by the International Capital Market Association and the Green Loan Principles issued by the Loan Market Association and Loan Syndications and Trading Association (the “BP Green Financing Framework”). Bruce Power intends to use the proceeds to finance or re-finance new and/or existing eligible investments under the BP Green Financing Framework.

Bruce Power is an electricity company based in Bruce County, Ontario, that has a reputation for delivering clean, reliable, low-cost nuclear power to families and businesses across the province.
