On January 4, 2023 Brookfield Asset Management completed the acquisition of HomeServe PLC ("HomeServe") for £4.08 billion.

Brookfield Asset Management is a Canadian alternative asset management company focusing on real estate, renewable power, infrastructure and private equity.

HomeServe provides home repair and improvement services to homeowners.
