On May 26, 2009, Brilliant Mining Corp. completed the sale of its 25% interest in the Lanfranchi Nickel Mine and tenements situated in Western Australia through a sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Panoramic Resources Limited.
