We are advising Brewers Retail Inc. in separate Class Action and Regulatory disputes relating to indexing of pensions the ability of the Regulator to oppose an employer and unanimous plan member settlement relating to plan administration and interpretation issues, to the true nature of indexing commitments, and whether employer amendments to substitute a fixed rate of annual indexing of pensions at 0.9% for conditional indexing dependent on increases to the Consumer Price Index up to 2% is a reduction of benefits.
