On June 30, 2009, Blue Circle Home Products International Limited, an affiliate of Lafarge Canada Inc., completed the sale of the shares of Pre-Con Inc. to Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund for a purchase price of approximately C$48.4 million (subject to certain post-closing adjustments).

Blue Circle Home Products, based in Syston, United Kingdom operates as a subsidiary of Lafarge Cement UK Ltd.

Pre-Con, based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, manufactures both wet and dry cast products.

Armtec Infrastructure Inc., headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of a comprehensive range of infrastructure products and engineered construction solutions for customers in a diverse cross-section of industries that are located in every region of Canada, as well as in selected markets globally.
