On June 3, 2022, BioExpert International Inc. ("BioExpert") acquired Laboval Inc. ("Laboval") through a court-approved reverse vesting transaction under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

BioExpert is a Montreal, Quebec based pharmaceutical and biotechnological consulting firm which focus on quality assurance, pharmaceutical products design and development, formulations and scale-up production batches, including total packaging solutions.

Laboval is a Montreal, Quebec based testing laboratory that specializes in pharmaceutical product testing to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
