On October, 15, 2021, BentallGreenOak ("BGO") completed its acquisition of  land in the Beauharnois industrial park and the partnership and development agreements with Rosefellow ("RF") and FIT Ventures ("FIT"), for the development of approximatively 800 000 sq ft of industrial buildings.
