On June 16, 2008, Baptist Housing Enhanced Living Communities completed its purchase of a portfolio of three seniors' housing properties from Pacific Sun group of companies. The total purchase price for the portfolio was C$105 million. The properties purchased are The Village at Mill Creek (Kelowna, BC), The Village at Smith Creek (Westbank, BC) and Sun Pointe Village (Kelowna, BC). They include a mix of independent living, assisted living, licenced complex care and home support services residences.
