On September 30, 2019, Applegreen plc, IST3 Investment Foundation, acting on behalf of its investment group IST3 Infrastruktur Global, and TD Greystone Asset Management acting on behalf of and as manager of the Greystone Infrastructure Fund, closed an agreement to acquire JLIF Holdings (Project Service) US, Inc. and it’s 100% subsidiary Project Services LLC, which operates the Connecticut Service Plazas. This transaction aligns with TD Greystone's overall strategy and ongoing goal of providing their clients exposure to diverse and robust infrastructure investments.
TD Greystone is an institutional money manager based in Regina, offering a full range of multi-asset class solutions with in-house teams covering fixed income, Canadian equities, U.S. equities, international equities, real estate, mortgages and infrastructure. TD Greystone is acquiring the investment on behalf of its infrastructure fund, Greystone Infrastructure Fund (Global Master) L.P.
Applegreen is a Ireland-based company that focuses on convenience food and beverage retailing and the operation of petrol forecourts and motorway service areas.
IST3 Infrastruktur Global represents a discretionary private infrastructure equity vehicle of the Swiss-based IST3 Investment Foundation and is funded exclusively by Swiss pension plans.
