On September 30, 2009, Apex Limited Partnership completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of Centrex Homes Edmonton Limited Partnership, the Edmonton single family home development division of Apex Limited Partnership. Apex is the second largest home builder in Alberta and will now focus its efforts in the Calgary area.
