On June 22, 2006, Montreal International Fuel Facilities Corporation, which holds the assets used in connection with the fuelling of aircraft and ground support equipment at Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau and Mirabel international airport in Montréal, completed the distribution to various investors of C$65 million aggregate principal amount long-term obligation bonds. The distribution, effected on a private placement basis, was the first of its kind for an airport fuel facility in Canada. The corporation also entered into a new credit facility with Royal Bank of Canada. This was the first bond offering of its kind completed for an airport fuel facility in Canada.
