On April 30, 2008, Aastra Technologies Limited, a Canadian-based global company at the forefront of the Enterprise Communication market, completed the acquisition of the Enterprise Communication Business of Ericsson. Ericsson is the world's leading provider of technology and services to telecom operators. The purchase price was C$160 million.
